Posters will be displayed in the Katimavik and Janvier rooms of the Explorer Hotel. A location map is provided below and will also be available at the Explorer Hotel. Presenters can erect their poster Wednesday May 23rd between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Posters can remain up until 2:30pm Friday May 25th, those remaining after 5:00pm will be removed from the boards and may be lost or destroyed. Posters will be available for viewing from 12:00 to 7:00pm May 23rd and 24th, and from 12:00 to 2:30pm on May 25th. Presenters are encouraged to be with their poster for two poster sessions, 5:00 to 7:00pm on May 23rd and 24th.
